How did you get into this business?

Four years ago I stepped out of a sales position and into an international marketing role for the same company inside of gambling industry. It was a welcome change that brought me exposure to different company divisions and opportunities to create more visible marketing initiatives. While I loved the work, advancement was limited without relocation. So I started looking for something new and found and accepted a position as marketing manager at EroAdvertising, which lead me later on to the position as CMO of the company.

If we believe that we’re the key of our own success and we can change our life as well then nothing should be impossible and the only limit is our mind.

What in your background prepared you for what you are doing now?

I don’t think that our past can influence our present. The future is just an expectation in our minds. The past is just a memory in our minds. Both do not exist. They are just thoughts. You could call it a lie or a fantasy. Time is a concept of the mind that doesn’t exist. We could call it clock time to understand that it is just a concept. We are the now, and the things we’re experiencing right now make us take different actions. But if you want me really to answer, I would say that by working hard and understanding that there is constantly enough of space for improvement in marketing is something that prepared me a lot for my current position. Hard work to keep the company’s values consistent without losing the relevance I believe is the key to success and this is something I learned from.

What do you see as the challenges of working in online adult and how do you overcome them?

Every industry has challenges, but we make sure we’re staying ahead of where we think the client is going, asking ourselves are we making sure our teams are enabled to do creative work in the best way they possibly can? At EroAdvertising, the value of what the marketing team brings to the company is embedded in everything. We spend much of our time thinking about how the landscape in adult is changing and how we have to change our brand in the context of that landscape we are facing at the moment.

Does your work affect your personal life?

I think that protecting your private time would lead to greater satisfaction in both work life and personal life and bring every person greater productivity, and more creativity. We all need to find correct balance between work and our personal life in order to surely enjoy everything we do and this is something I would like to balance more.

Do you have a personal motto or slogan that you follow?

“Impossible is nothing” — it’s a motto that was used by adidas that I like to follow. If we believe that we’re the key of our own success and we can change our life as well then nothing should be impossible and the only limit is our mind.
